There’s no explaining this to someone who has never had this problem… I wish this was made up.

For the 1st time in my ENTIRE life…

I have managed to keep my weight… 114 lbs.

I’m so happy and so proud of myself I could cry :D

I’m back

Crisis adverted.

After almost breaking off the engagement, regaining most of my weight back, having trouble at work… I’m back.

Still engaged, still 116 pound and the job is good as usual.

Going down in flames.

This is it. I hate my body.

I haven’t been actively doing anything about it until recently and although I’ve lost weight like crazy, I can’t get those fucking love handles to go away.

Feeling hungry is the only thing making me feel better about myself right now. Can you develop anorexia at my age???

I’m scared, I’m anxious, I’m lonely, I feel like a poser and a fake. If anybody sees who I really am they will run away.

I want it to be over and the only thing I can think will make me spend all this energy is doing jumping jacks until I faint…

and that’s exactly what I’m going to do.

Terra Nova: I’m not letting this go.

1. The bad guys are the “Sixers” for your obvious bible reference.

2. The leader of the settlement is the same guy that was the commander in Pandora (Avatar).

3. The only black people so far are with the bad guys. This could change, but the damage is already done.

4. The senior officer. A surly, war hardened man who is reluctant to see the dad’s addition to the security corps. Naturally, he will CLEARLY be replaced by the savvy and just dad (I’ll catch his name eventually).

5. They parents have the marital life of the Ingalls.

6. Young love in all it’s cliched glory between the young cadet and the middle daughter.

I want…

every day to be like today.

I weight myself and gained a little but kept the freak out to a minimum. That was the best thing. I didn’t get too discouraged so I didn’t binged.

What I did do was I ate correctly and worked out for an hour. Now, I’m sleepy and pretty proud of myself.

Men and dinosaurs living together in a self-righteous plot filled with over used character construction.

It centers around a family of 5. Wife, a brilliant and strong MD who is highly needed for the new settlement’s survival. The older sibling, a teenage boy with abandonment issues and a ridiculously bratty disposition but with a tender heart. The middle sister, the bookish peace maker in the family. Workout routines for La Cenobite (« me)

I’m experimenting with different exercise combinations. I’m a bit bummed today, I didn’t get that overall “tightening” feeling I end up with after the usual routine.

After so many years of not lifting a finger… my routine is:

1. Around 60 minutes.

2. Every day.

3. Carmen Electra - “Fit to strip” and 15 min Abs Workout by Sparkpeople.

Today, I tried switching it up. 30 out of 50 minutes of Billy Blanks “Tae Bo Cardio”, 10 out of 30 minutes of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred - Level 1 and 15 abs…

I guess it would come in handy to try and start waking up earlier… oh hell! I am NOT a morning person!!
