These are some of the things that I do to keep on my diet. Hope you find them helpful.
1. Avoid eating out/fast food.
If you get the urge to get yourself a burger etc, don’t. Instead, write down what you would have spent on it. After a while you’ll have enough money to treat yourself. Get shoes or clothes, you’ll appreciate them more knowing the sacrifices you made to earn that reward.
2. Don’t drink your calories.
Unless it’s a natural fruit juice or maybe a diet coke, don’t drink it. the amount of sugar and carbs in drinks is unbelievable. I replaced all my soft drinks for water.
